This year on June 28th and 29th, 2008 Dave Emerson hosted Wood Days 2008 at his studio at 418 Shaker Road in Canterbury, New Hampshire. The event ran from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. For more info, please see the detailed press release for this year's event, available here.

This year's event featured the following:

• Traditional woodworking hands on demos for all ages
• Antique machinery and Engines in operation
• An Art Show that opens noon on Saturday; including photography, floor cloths & prints
• Live music by Jack Pine Holdouts, Bow Junction Band, Grass Dawgs and the Uncle Steve Band; plus an opportunity for playing your own stuff at the open stage!

Woodworking skills featured included:

• Guitar Making
• Carving
• Furniture Making
• Turning
• Timber Framing
• Dovetailing
• Coopering
• Boat Building
